By default, our designs ensure 4-5 air changes per hour, reducing the need for mechanical systems. The superior ventilation design via the louvers and the ridge vent allows us to achieve these numbers.
Water Conservation Efforts
Sewage Treatment Plants (STP)
Championing water conservation through reverse plumbing and recycling water usage in our facilities. This is done by treating the grey water via the STP and used for flushing and gardening purposes.
